Return policy

You can return most unopened new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not cover the cost of return.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of sending your package to the shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This period includes the transit time required for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (1 to 5 days and the time it takes. your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply sign in to your account, view the order using the "Full Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Resend Items button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Expedition

We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products can not be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the supplier of your choice, estimated delivery dates may appear on the quote page.

Also note that the shipping costs of many items we sell are calculated based on weight. The weight of such an article can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the transportation companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full book.
